Redeeming Grace Ministries (RGM) is a Christ-centered, nonprofit organization dedicated to establishing a safe place for women who have completed a rehabilitation program or correctional sentence. Our holistic program includes job training, establishing a personal support system, learning life skills, deepening a spiritual connection with God, and access to professional medical care and counseling. We are a residential home, with the desire to assist women in rebuilding their lives to mental, physical, and spiritual wholeness, equipping them to re-enter society as restored citizens of the Kingdom of God.
Job Overview

Redeeming Grace Ministries is seeking a caring, dynamic, woman with a strong faith to fill the Program Manager position responsible for supporting RGM’s residential program serving women in recovery. The Program Manager is the person who works directly with residents on a day-to-day basis; coordinates their schedule; teaches classes; lends an ear and patiently guides each woman. This is a key position in affecting life transformation in the resident’s lives.

All RGM employees facilitate the topics of physical care, safety, personal growth/support, spirituality, and community in the lives of each of our residents within the home. Each employee is to provide consistency and stability in the lives of the residents.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Overseeing and managing daily schedules for multiple people
  • Scheduling: Classes, Appointments, and Volunteers
  • Teaching Classes
  • Leading Prayer and Devotions
  • Transporting Residents
  • Acting as a liaison to the community and speaking to community/church groups
  • Intervening for the residents through prayer
  • Committing to advocate for the resident’s needs
  • Ensuring that residents follow guidelines as outlined in the Resident Guidebook
  • Working to build rapport and foster positive relationships with the Board of Directors, Residents, Staff, and Community members.
  • Speaking the truth with love
  • Maintaining the safety and security of the residents
  • Attending all employee training and staff meetings
  • Being discreet regarding the RGM House location and identity of all residents.
  • Maintaining a strong, personal relationship with Christ.
  • Maintaining required records for residents and organizations
  • Assisting the Executive Director as needed with Administrative tasks, including but not limited to Donor Engagement & Event Planning,
  • Performing other work as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reference/Background Checks – Due to the nature of the job and for the safety of
    our residents, RGM will conduct reference checks to verify job-related credentials, criminal background checks, and motor vehicle records checks before hiring.
  • Must pass a drug screen

  • A believer and follower of Jesus Christ. This position requires a person with a strong faith, rooted deeply in scripture and consistent prayer.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
  • Ability to interact lovingly and effectively with women who have been through extreme trauma.
  • Ability to create and maintain an environment conducive to healing and spiritual growth for our residents.
  • Passionate about developing relationships and helping women grow in their walk
    with Jesus.
  • Open-minded and does not harbor judgments.
  • Able to adapt to change.
  • Ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
  • A degree or applicable experience in a residential or rehabilitation program,
    social work, or related field is a plus.
  • Experience in group homes or correctional facility settings is a plus.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Substance use disorders is required.
  • Ability to address and solve a wide array of challenges requiring strong analytic skills and the savvy to develop sound, immediate, integrated, and forward-thinking solutions.
  • Ability to learn new technology and computer applications.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • Good communication skills.

  • Exceptional time management & organizational skills.
Schedule
Will be required for five (5) days, Monday-Friday, forty (40)-hour week with occasional evenings and one (1) weekend per month.
Compensation

Full-time salary with benefits. $35,000 – $45,000 annually based on experience
